Child Support Division

Executing warrants for non-support in Fairfield County.

Overview

The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office assists the Fairfield County Child Support Enforcement Agency by serving and executing warrants issued by the court for individuals charged with felony non-support. Deputies work to locate individuals with active warrants and bring them before the court, where any legal proceedings and enforcement actions are determined. The Child Support Enforcement Agency operates under the umbrella of Fairfield County Job and Family Services.
